Constructive criticism seminar today. Oh boy... Well, first I thought it would be as boring as the computer course last week, but there was a young (maybe too young :P) guy from another group making jokes all the time, so this was amusing. Although we had to sit there for three hours, the time went by fast I thought.
I wonder what they have in store for us tomorrow...

Started to watch season 7 of Smallville. Like it so far. This new guy at the Daily Planet is kinda hot. :P Have 20 more episodes to watch until Saturday afternoon. I'll manage that. Night shift on Friday and if I'm not finished I still have Saturday morning. ;-)

I'm only one small step away to sign up for sncross_bigbang! Ideas keep popping into my head and I think I'll make some notes later. Maybe I'll even start writing so see how it goes, if I can go for 15,000 words. I miss my challenge comms I guess. LOL

Day 13 → A fictional book

Hm... goooooood question... There are so many I love, and I mostly read fictional books, so, let me think about this for a moment... Of course, again I could mention the Twilight series because I LOVE these books, but maybe I got something else, too.

Oh yeah, I think I'll say:

Wolfgang Hohlbein - Unterland [Underland]

Recommended by a friend years ago, I finally read this last year. It was my second book by this German author (who is one of my favorites btw) and I think it's my favorite by him, so far.

Plot goes like this: A young boy falls into a cave while on a school trip and discovers a world beneath the world. Yet, he doesn't know that his fate is strongly linked to this world.

I enjoyed it much! Was one of my favorite books from last year.

Day 14 → A non-fictional book
Day 15 → A fanfic
Day 16 → A song that makes you cry (or nearly)
Day 17 → An art piece (painting, drawing, sculpture, etc.)
Day 18 → Whatever tickles your fancy
Day 19 → A talent of yours
Day 20 → A hobby of yours
Day 21 → A recipe
Day 22 → A website
Day 23 → A YouTube video
Day 24 → Whatever tickles your fancy
Day 25 → Your day, in great detail
Day 26 → Your week, in great detail
Day 27 → This month, in great detail
Day 28 → This year, in great detail
Day 29 → Hopes, dreams and plans for the next 365 days
Day 30 → Whatever tickles your fancy

I started to read the first Discworld book, but hm... either I wasn't in the mood for this or it just wasn't my kind of fiction. :-\
