Whataya want from me?

Today, was kind of a mixed day. First meh, then ok, then good and then just blah.

Had the appointment at the job center this afternoon. Before, I already said to my father, let's see in what kind of mood my agent there is. Sometimes, she's nice, sometimes, she's a bitch. It was bitch day today. Already when I walked up the stairs to her office, I met her on the corridor and she just looked mad at me and went to the restroom. I thought, "Okay, bad mood then," and sat down and waited. During the talk she was so bitchy, too. Again, she kept saying, "but you HAVE to find something, you're getting the unemployment pay" - hell, woman, it's my right to get that! That's like the third time she said that. Change your record! :-\ And then she said that usually, they can insist on me applying for jobs nationwide, whether I have to move or not. And she said it with a tone in her voice like she wanted to say, "haven't we been nice to you so far?" Argh!! I hate, hate, hate everything about the job center!!! I know, I know, they're just doing their jobs, bla bla... But it's so damn annoying!!! I just want to find some job, any job, so that I get away from them!!

And then she started and wanted to register me in another training course again, something like this IBS that I had to do last year for three months. She mentioned what they do in this course and it sounds exactly like IBS - only that it's for six and a half months!!! Six and a half!!! O_O From May 17 - November 30. NO.WAY. I'm so not doing this!!! The three months at IBS were hell already, but with this the chances are good that I might actually put a bullet through my head, right in front of that damn building. It's called "Bildungsinsel" (education island) - pah!

I was there only like twenty minutes but it ruined my whole day! :-\

After that I went to a little gift shop. They have really cute and fun stuff. They moved into a new building, a bigger one, and they also added some new stuff. I was lmao about the "wedding table", where they put little figurines, posing as bride and groom, or even handcuffs. haha But the best was a little box, saying "In case of emergency" - and it contained a mini vibrator! LOL A friend of mine is getting married in summer. I might go back there, then. :P
While there, I thought I'll take the chance and just ask if there are open positions. But the boss wasn't in, so I'll go there on Wednesday again. Just a wild thought, but as I mentioned above, I'll take anything for now!

Then I went to the travel agency and ordered my train tickets to Cologne. There, I'll visit deviltrap and the next day, we'll go to Bad Neuenahr together and enjoy a weekend with Misha, Mark, Traci, Chad, Jim and Samantha! *g* And I can't wait to meet some new people from my flist! raths_kitten is going to make Asylum badges for us, so keep your eyes open for me. ;-)

Fate called, because otherwise they wouldn't have put my favorite book store right across the travel agency. *g* Went inside and already found two books that sounded interesting, but I was brave and didn't buy them (yet). I have so many here at home that need and want to be read first. But I noted the titles and will put them on my wishlist. *facepalm* Like I hadn't over 100 books on there, already, as well! And then the shop assistant even asked, "Do you want me to show you something?" Nooooo! :P

Twenty minutes later, I left the book store and as it was still early, I thought I could go get a coffee or something. And well, fate again - next to the travel agency, so easy to look at from the book store, there is an ice cream parlor! And I thought why not? hehe

I also wanted to make an appointment with the hair dresser but they were closed, so I'll go there again in a few days, or I'll call. I went to the cinema, looked at the posters that were up (Kickass looks really cool btw) and then I waited for my father to pick me up.

So, yeah, mixed. I liked being in town and well, out of the house. It was nice having to do something, but of course the job center brought me down. The travel agency and ice cream made me smile (though, in the ice cream parlor, everyone who had been there, was there with another person, only I was alone. Oh, except an older lady, maybe around 70, having a huge bowl of ice cream in front of her. LOL And I thought, that's me in 50 years... o.O). The book store... well, usually it makes me happy but to be honest, it hurt me being there. I love the smell of new books there and just be surrounded by books makes me happy! But since my internship in the book store, that led to nothing, and knowing that I won't be working in one anytime soon (or ever? :( ), I felt bad there today. It really hurt me inside. Like watching happy couples on the street, usually. Great, now I can add that to that list of things that make me feel sad, as well. *sighs*

Wow, talk about ranting! o.O Kisses for everyone who's stil reading. LOL

On good news, though, I saw the art for my big bang fic today and *eek* IT LOOKS SO AWESOME!! SO, SO GREAT!!! :D Can't wait to post the fic and then I can show you everything, with the art, too!!

Woah, Job Center.

I don't like going to cafés alone, either. :P

haha Alright, next time, I'll bake some cookies. LOL

She really is! Argh! :-\

Oh yes, I don't feel the need to buy clothes or shoes, but oh, books! *g* It's always dangerous to go into a book store! I have like 40 here at home, that I haven't read yet, and more than 100 on my wishlist on Amazon!! Unbelievable! LOL
